  • Review the project to ensure that all project commitments have been met and identify any outstanding issues. Formalize the end of the project and transition to the Natural Solutions Support Department.

2. IMPLEMENTATION - PHASE 1
  • Assign a project team. Define the scope, responsibilities, goals and expectations of the project.

3. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Your project manager will work with your team to gather business requirements for any custom programming. All programming changes will be fully documented by the Natural Solutions’ technical team and approved by you prior to the start of development.
