INDIANAPOLIS, IN – January 7, 2010 – Natural Solutions, a leading provider of software solutions for Multi-Channel Retailers, is proud to announce the newest release of its software suite, Version 9.4, further expanding the capabilities of the multi-channel software package.
Among the newest features in Version 9.4 are:
- Improved techniques for product and address searches
- Customer Service and Order Entry Enhancements
- Follow-Ups are color-coded for past-due, current, and future dates
- Order Entry users can automatically select the "Last Mailed" Promotion code
- AVS information is shown for on-line credit card authorizations
- New "banded-zone" shipping calculation schemes based on dollar-range, shipper method, and state group (like the UPS color bands)
- The Drop Ship Purchase Order for a specific item can be reviewed directly from the Order Entry screen
- Inventory Additions
- Items can be restricted from shipping to a list of countries and/or states, with a settings for start date and managerial override
- Items can be disallowed on standard and drop-ship Purchase Orders
- Visibility of customer's Order of a specific item from the Drop Ship Purchase Order
