We felt we were outgrowing our previous system and wanted the freedom and functions that Natural Solutions offered ... and we found that Natural Solutions offered extensive reporting capabilities.

Natural Order is a Windows-based client/server system using Microsoft's SQL Server.
Below are typical minimum configurations for workstations and servers. Because technology changes quickly and usage patterns vary, not all items may be shown - please consult with your hardware source for recommendations.
If a workstation already comfortably runs Microsoft Office, then as a rule of thumb it should be able to run Natural Order.
The configuration of the server and workstations is heavily dependent on your usage patterns and will vary - performance and reliability are crucial. Larger scenarios will have more than one server, such as a DATABASE and a REPORTING server, or a LIVE and a TEST server; some of our clients have an additional FILE SERVER used for non-database storage.
Internet access is required for our support services, payment processor(s), address/taxation services, and similar functions. For PCI compliance, internet access should be from a different machine than the Database Server. EDI setups require specific EDI and VAN software.
Hardware restrictions and Microsoft licensing can affect the maximum amount of RAM you can use - these restrictions can be overcome with Microsoft's 64-bit and/or Enterprise-class operating systems and SQL Server versions.
The free versions of SQL (such as SQL Express) are NOT SUPPORTED as they are not intended for large databases nor for multiple users.
